Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients using the Pair website or mobile application (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Platform Role
Pair is a technology platform that pairs clients with independent service providers in their local community. Pair does not provide services and does not employ, manage, supervise, or endorse service providers.
No Payments
Pair does not handle, process, collect, or facilitate payments. All payments are agreed and made directly between clients and service providers outside the Platform.
Communication
All communication takes place through in-app messaging. Pair does not share personal contact details between clients and service providers unless voluntarily disclosed by a user.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the Platform lawfully
Engage respectfully with service providers
Use the Platform providers
Limitation of Liability
Pair Services (PTY) Ltd is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from services provided by service providers.
Suspension or Termination
Pair may suspend or terminate client access if these Terms are breached or the Platform is misused.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Service providers operate as independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Pair.
Services
Service providers are solely responsible:
The quality and delivery of services
Compliance with all applicable laws
Licensing, insurance, and tax obligations
No Payments
Pair does not collect or process payments. All payment arrangements are made directly with clients.
Platform Use
Service providers must provide accurate business information and act professionally at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Pair Services (PTY) Ltd is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from services provided to clients.
Suspension or Termination
Pair may suspend or terminate service provider accounts for breaches of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
